Claiming to represent the scientific community as a whole, ‘Transhumanist’ advocates seek to pursue controversial technologies related to genetic editing, artificial intelligence, etc. which are often subjected to regulations as they are considered having dangerous implications for mankind by ethical or religious sensibilities.
Led by major tech giants such as Tesla, Google and Nokia, political activists of Transhumanism have started building their clout for their agenda in Washington and other global capitals.
