Research Fellow, Manohar Parrikar IDSA, Dr. Jagannath Panda's chapter titled "India’s Approach to the ‘Quad’ and the Salience of China" has been published in Ash Rossiter and Brendon J. Cannon (eds.), Conflict and Cooperation in the Indo-Pacific: New Geopolitical Realities (Routledge, 2020).
